This week I've been making the transition between mentalray and Arnold. I've begun using Maya 2017 in order to use the Arnold renderer + shaders. Most of my textures have been made into Arnold shaders and I've played around with some basic lighting. I'm running into issues with both lighting and textures: only half of my lights seem to work properly and some of my textures are displaying strangely in my Arnold renderer. Probably going to have to dig through some forums later on.
I've now also finished splitting my UVs into their own separate UV tiles as was suggested of me last week (thank you everyone, I think this will save me a lot of trouble lol). Because of this I also had to take some of my separately textured objects and merge them together in PS, primarily the pot (which I did for Down and Dirty) and the painted pots.
Because this week I focused more on lights + UVs, next week is when I will be starting more materials (cups and silverware).

Somewhat romantic?
(Where is that light coming from?) |

| Bump is mysteriously low on the cups, though it shows fine on the viewport |

| Outliner, each group is a UV map |
